I'll be doing a separate piece on Empire WIne Cellars, but I thought this was an excellent article about the New York wine superstore out on Long Island. It's a fantastic place. You must go if you live there or are planning to visit. Jim Silver of Peconic Bay Winery, along with Polly and Evan, are a formidable group of wine people who know what they are doing, and what they've got on their hands. A great experience.
